Martinez will draw from experiences and lessons showcased in her book "A Guide to Positive Disruption" to navigate attendees through her proven process for driving positive change within organizations.
Her session "A Guide to Positive Disruption: Find and Implement Constructive Changes that Help Your Company and Yourself" will deliver change-oriented advice such as:
- Developing personal plans to help weather inevitable business turmoil
- Finding new ideas that will benefit companies
- Selling ideas within an organization by mastering basic negotiation techniques
- Standing apart to be ready for the next challenge
