The World Bank Group has utilized Trondent's ProFILER Express, profile management system since 2013 and is expanding its relationship to include the global roll-out of Trondent's next generation pre-trip authorization system.

Authorizer Pro is hosted by Trondent using web-services architecture including trip request functionality for pre-trip approval, specifically prior to ticketing. Travelers are able to select the current option booked, or one of two lower cost alternatives offered. The customizable rules engine then determines whether or not the trip is automatically approved, declined, or sent through an approval workflow based on trip purpose, travel plan cost, destination, security risk and/or traveler type.
